CRF Academy is a free online learning platform for girls and young women, run by Compassionate Reach Foundation. Through short lessons, videos, games and reflection activities, girls learn who they are, grow in confidence, discover their purpose and build skills for life.

Yes. Every course and every certificate is completely free. There are no hidden costs. The only cost is the mobile data or internet you use to access the site.

CRF Academy is a programme of Compassionate Reach Foundation (CRF), founded by Dr. Titilope Adedeji. CRF works to help girls and young women across Africa and beyond reach their full potential.

CRF Academy is faith-based. Every course ends with a lesson called “What God Says About…”, which looks at what the Bible says about the topic. Everyone is welcome, whatever your faith or background. You will never be pressured, and you can take every course whatever you believe.

CRF Academy is designed for girls and young women, from anywhere in the world. If you would like to use it with a mixed group or with boys, please contact us at academy@crfworld.org.

To keep young learners safe, a parent or guardian must give permission when someone under 18 signs up. They type their name and tick a box on the sign-up page. We record the date permission was given.

Click Sign up, fill in your name, email, a password, your age range, gender and country, and agree to the code of conduct. It takes about two minutes. You will go straight to your learning dashboard.

On the log in page, click “Forgot your password?” and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or write to academy@crfworld.org.

Everyone begins with Start Here, a short course about how the Academy works, staying safe online and getting help. After that, Becoming HER opens: six courses about identity, confidence, purpose, vision, discipline and boundaries. When you finish Becoming HER, the other pathways open and you choose where to go next.

Most lessons take 5 to 25 minutes. The whole Becoming HER pathway is about 10 hours of learning across six courses. There are no deadlines. Learn at your own pace, a little at a time.

Yes. CRF Academy works on any phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection. Videos use more data than reading, so you may want to watch them on Wi-Fi.

Before you begin and when you finish, you answer a few quick questions about how you see yourself. This lets you see how you have grown, and helps CRF understand whether the Academy is working. Your answers are only ever reported as group totals, never with your name.

Yes, for free. You earn a certificate for every course you finish, and a Certificate of Completion for every pathway. Each one shows what you learned. You can download or print them from Certificates in your menu.

Every certificate has a unique code and a link, such as academy.crfworld.org/certificate/CRF-XXXX-XXXX. Anyone can open that link to see that the certificate is genuine and what was learned.

Yes. Other learners can never see your journal, and it is not included in any reports. It is stored securely on the CRF Academy website.

We keep the details you give when you sign up, your progress, your certificates and your answers to questionnaires. We use this to run the Academy and to understand how well it helps girls. Reports only ever show group totals. We do not sell your information.
