Safeguarding promises

• I will only contact learners through CRF Academy or channels CRF approves, never privately.
• I will never meet a learner alone, in person or online.
• I will never ask for or share personal photos, home addresses or private contact details.
• I will treat every learner with dignity, patience and respect.
• I will report any safeguarding concern to CRF straight away (wecare@crfworld.org or 0806 264 4506).
• I understand that learners' journals and questionnaire answers are private, and I will not ask to see them.
• I understand that recordings learners share with me are private and must never be downloaded, copied or shared.
• I understand that CRF may check my references and may end my access at any time.
